Mondrian Gold Coast is seeking a senior floor leader to manage the evening service and drive guest satisfaction at our Burleigh Heads venue.
You will lead the floor, coach a diverse team, and deputise for the Restaurant Manager during peak hours.
Ideal candidates bring robust leadership, exceptional guest service skills and a proven track record in high-volume hospitality, with RSA and RMLV current or willingness to obtain.
Evening shifts and weekends required.
