Job Description
Green.com.au is seeking a Technical Support Consultant to join our Operations team in North Sydney. You will be the go-to for customers navigating Solar, Battery and EV Charging systems, diagnosing issues and guiding post-sale queries to real resolutions.

You'll work closely with customers, suppliers and installers, maintain accurate CRM records and process warranty claims, turning frustration into satisfaction in a rapid-growing, purpose-driven company.
