YHA Australia is seeking a Relief Shift Manager to support teams across multiple properties.
You will lead hands‐on across our network, deliver exceptional guest service, supervise staff, assist the Assistant Manager and Property Manager with day‐to‐day operations, and help maintain a secure, welcoming environment for guests and team members.
This is a full‐time, salaried role for a 6‐month contract, requiring flexibility to relocate on short notice and availability for a rotating 7‐day roster
