You'll drive membership sales, build a personal training culture and oversee club operations with a strong customer-focused mindset.
The successful candidate will have a proven ability to hit targets, experience recruiting a PT team, and a passion for creating a club culture to be proud of.
HR/WHS knowledge is desirable.
