Personal Care Attendant at HawksburyGardens

About the Role
At Hawksbury Gardens, we aim to create more than just a place tolive; we strive to build a true sense of home for every resident.In your role as a Personal Care Attendant, you'll provide practicalsupport with day-to-day needs while helping foster a warm,respectful environment where residents feel protected, valued, andconnected.
What your day will look like:
Provide responsive and respectful personal care tailored toindividual care plans
Work alongside Registered and Enrolled Nurses to ensurehigh standards of care
Support residents with mobility, hygiene,



and otherpersonal needs
Promote social connection and activity participation
Keep accurate records and ensure care plans are followedconsistently

We're looking for someone who is flexible, dependable, andcommitted to delivering high-quality aged care.
What You Bring to the Role
We'd love to hear from you if you:
Hold a Certificate III in Aged Care, Individual Support, orequivalent (essential)
Have a current NDIS Worker Check (essential)
Have experience in personal care and aged careenvironments
Can work well independently and as part of a collaborativeteam
Show empathy, patience, and a genuine passion for workingwith older people
