The Role
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Electrical Engineer with a strong background in service and maintenance of medical/aesthetic devices.
You will play a key role in ensuring our clients' equipment operates at peak performance, providing both preventative maintenance and troubleshooting support.
Key Responsibilities
Perform installation, calibration, servicing, and repairs of aesthetic/medical laser devices and related systems
Conduct preventative maintenance checks to ensure safety, reliability, and optimal performance
Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical, software, and mechanical faults
Collaborate with our service team and report directly to management on all device performance and client feedback




Provide technical support and training to clients when needed
Ensure compliance with Australian safety and industry standards
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor's Degree or Trade Qualification in Electrical Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, or related field
Minimum 2 years of experience working with medical, laser, or electronic equipment
Robust understanding of electrical systems, circuitry, and calibration procedures
Familiarity with safety regulations and technical standards within the medical device industry
