You'll recruit, coach, and manage 8–10 field sales reps, driving conversions and building a high-performing team.
You'll coach with KPIs, review CRM activity, analyze performance, and refine sales processes.
The role offers robust autonomy and frequent collaboration with marketing and inside sales, with occasional travel.
