Key responsibilities
Greet, seat and welcome guests with genuine hospitality
Take accurate food and beverage orders, including special requests and dietary needs
Prepare and serve drinks from the bar, including coffee, cocktails, beer, wine and non-alcoholic options, to presentation standards
Serve food and beverages promptly and to presentation standards
Check in with guests to ensure satisfaction and resolve any concerns
Maintain clean,



organised service and bar areas, including clearing and resetting tables
Communicate effectively with the kitchen and bar team to ensure timely and accurate service
Process payments and handle transactions accurately
Promote and upsell menu items, specials and beverages
Respond to guest requests and provide helpful, attentive service
Serve alcohol responsibly and follow all safety, hygiene and health regulations
Work flexibly across AM and PM shifts, including early mornings, evenings, weekends and public holidays
What you'll bring
Previous experience in a hospitality or customer service role, including bar experience
Current RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol) certificate, or willingness to obtain one
Flexibility to work both AM and PM shifts, including early starts
Ability to stand for long periods and lift items as required
Robust communication and customer service skills
Ability to work well under pressure and adapt to changing needs
A reliable, positive and committed approach to delivering high quality service
