Optus is seeking an experienced Payroll Governance Consultant to join our Payroll & Governance team in Sydney.
This role focuses on governance, compliance, controls, reporting and continuous improvement beyond processing.
You will drive payroll governance and compliance activities, conduct audits, investigate discrepancies, monitor governance registers, and support transformation initiatives across Payroll, Finance, IT and People & Culture to ensure audit readiness.
