Reporting to the Reception Manager, you will oversee guest service and hotel operations, ensuring prompt attention and personal recognition throughout the hotel.
You will respond to guest needs, resolve issues, supervise colleagues, greet and farewell guests, lead daily briefings, train and develop the team, and play a key role in safety.
