We're looking for an experienced
Accounts Payable& Payroll Officer
to join our Finance team and play a key role insupporting our growing portfolio of construction and development projects.
Working closely with the Finance Manager, finance teamand project teams, this role takes ownership of accounts payable and payrolladministration, ensuring invoices and payments are processed accurately,payroll runs smoothly, and robust financial controls are maintained.
This role is ideal for someone who is highly organised,detail-focused and enjoys being part of a collaborative team.

What You'll Do
Take ownership of end-to-end accounts payableacross a portfolio of construction and development projects.
Process weekly payroll for 100+ employeesacross multiple entities.
Manage supplier, subcontractor and consultantinvoices, payment runs, reconciliations and account queries.
Partner closely with Project Managers andContract Administrators to keep project financial processes moving efficiently.
Maintain accurate payroll administrationacross wages, superannuation, PAYG, leave and employee entitlements.
Support strong financial governance andcompliance across accounts payable, payroll and construction-specificrequirements.




Requirements
What You'll Bring
We're looking for someone with 3+ years' experience in anAP & Payroll role.
ideally within construction, property development oranother project-based environment.
A strong understanding of invoiceprocessing, subcontractor payments, payroll compliance, GST and statutorypayroll obligations is important, with experience using Jobpac highly regarded.Highly organised and detail-focused, this person will be confident managingcompeting priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment, with strongcommunication skills and a collaborative approach.
