What role will you play?

In this role you will lead the development and implementation of the process architecture framework for a major transformation programme, ensuring consistent standards, governance and best practice across all process design activities.
You will work closely with business, technology, risk and change stakeholders to define future-state processes, identify interdependencies and ensure alignment between business capabilities, operating models and strategic objectives.
You will provide architectural oversight and quality assurance across process design deliverables, guiding a team of process designers to deliver high-quality outcomes.
You will also use process insights and data to identify opportunities for improvement, support decision-making and influence senior stakeholders on the direction and prioritisation of transformation initiatives.

8+ years' of experience in process architecture,



business architecture or enterprise architecture with a strong process-led background.
Proven experience leading process architecture for large-scale transformation programmes.
Deep expertise in end-to-end process design, process management and modelling frameworks across multiple levels.
Experience coaching and assuring the work of process designers or process modelling teams.
Strong stakeholder engagement, facilitation and executive communication skills, with the ability to translate strategy into practical outcomes.
