(sthonorebakery.com.au)Job Description – Pastrycook· Inspecting the cleanliness of equipment and premises, ensuring compliance with occupational health and safety regulations, before initiating production runs.
· Evaluating the quality of raw materials and accurately weighing ingredients.
· Preparing various pastry fillings for use in baked goods.
· Monitoring oven temperatures and assessing product appearance to determine optimal baking times.
· Coordinating the entire process, including forming, loading, baking, unloading, de-panning, and cooling batches of bread, rolls, and pastry products.
· Applying glaze to buns and pastries, and embellishing cakes with cream and icing.
· Operating machinery responsible for rolling and molding dough, as well as cutting biscuits.




· Emptying, cleaning, and greasing baking trays, tins, and other cooking equipment as part of routine maintenance.Tasks:Adhere to strict hygiene and cleanliness standards throughout the entire production process to ensure the safety and quality of baked goods.
