Westpac Group is hiring a Customer Service Officer at our Kimba, SA branch.
This part time position (19 hours per week) focuses on welcoming customers, handling everyday banking needs, and guiding them to appropriate specialists.
Training is provided to support accuracy and service excellence across digital channels.
You will work across Monday, Wednesday, Thursday – Friday 9:30am–2:15pm, building financial wellbeing for customers and contributing to Westpac's community banking goals.
