Uniting AgeWell is expanding its Home Care team in Mansfield and surrounding communities.
As a Home Care Worker, you will travel between clients' homes providing personalised support that enables older people to maintain independence, wellbeing and connection to their community.
These are part time positions with guaranteed contracted hours of 20 hours per fortnight.
Successful candidates must have daytime availability across at least three weekdays per week to meet client rostering requirements.
