About the Opportunity
We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Assistant Manager to join our team at Red Rooster, Brisbane Domestic Airport.
Cater Care proudly operates the Red Rooster outlet at Brisbane Domestic Airport, bringing a much-loved Australian food brand to travellers every day.
This is a fast-paced and customer-focused environment where great service, quality food and an efficient operation come together to create a positive experience for every customer.
As an Assistant Manager, you'll play an significant role in supporting the day-to-day operation of the Red Rooster outlet,



working closely with the team to maintain high standards of service, food quality, safety and operational performance.
Desired Skills and Experience
What We're Looking For
We're looking for someone who:
Has previous experience in hospitality, retail, food service or a similar customer-focused environment
Has strong leadership and communication skills
Is confident supporting and motivating a team
Has a positive, hands-on approach and enjoys being part of a team
Can work effectively in a fast-paced airport environment
Has a strong focus on customer service and operational excellence
Is flexible and available to work across a Monday–Sunday variable roster
Holds a current Driver's Licence
