The role focuses on screening and nurturing candidates for high-volume roles, proactive sourcing, and partnering with TABPs and hiring managers to deliver a seamless experience.
You will contribute to candidate experiences, data accuracy in the ATS, and stay ahead of market trends and best practices while growing with a high-performing team.
