FIS Australasia Pty Ltd is seeking an Analyst Lead, Managed Service to drive the run side of our managed services contract.
You will lead all deliveries and development for our multi-tenant payments platform, coordinating with customers, business analysts and offshore teams.
You will guide end-to-end project delivery from requirements to implementations, while providing production support and ensuring service levels align with contracts.
