solar panel testing and tagging program
. You'll work on‐site at regional solar farms performing
IVcurve testing

, and compliance verification. This position suits licensed electricians experienced in solar PV systems who can travel to regional sites and work night shifts.

Responsibilities n
n
Connect power supplies to
combiners/inverters
on PV module strings
n




Verify electrical continuity and ensure compliance with IEC / Australian standards
n
Conduct solar panel testing and tagging, including IV curve and wet‐leak testing
n
Support safe night‐time operations at regional solar farm sites
n
Troubleshoot electrical issues during testing
n
Maintain accurate documentation of electrical work performed
n
Qualifications n
n
Level 2 / Grade A Electrician licence (NSW / VIC preferred)
n
Experience with solar PV systems
n
Robust understanding of DC electrical safety
n
Ability to work night shifts (mandatory)
n
Ability to travel to regional solar farm sites (essential)
n
White Card (preferred)
n
CEC Accreditation (optional but advantageous)
n
