We are looking for a Client Director responsible for managing day-to-day senior client relationships and overall team performance, with a deep familiarity in rolling out integrated media responses across a diverse range of categories, including regulated verticals.
Core Responsibilities
Day to day leadership for dedicated client teams at dentsu
Managing multiple direct reports within the team, working with the Client Lead and owning development and progression of direct reports.
Work with the Client Lead to deliver end to end media strategy, channel planning, media ideation and best practice implementation.
Develop comprehensive and effective media responses with the right channel mix and budget allocation
Work closely with media partners, in particular those with major partnerships with the client
Maintain an intimate understanding of relevant client categories, supporting the lead with forecasting media billings and overseeing monthly invoicing processes.
Identify and contribute to organic revenue growth opportunities
Essential Experience
Comprehensive understanding of the Australian media marketplace




Deep agency experience with a focus on planning, key account management and best-practice implementation
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple direct reports and client stakeholders, becoming a trusted advisor
Established experience working in a fast-paced environment, managing a combination of major brief responses or reactive client requests.
Familiarity working and collaborating between in-house and agency teams, delivering integrated media responses
Deep familiarity working with channel selection, role of channel, budget phasing, block plan and high level budget bearings as part of past roles.
