Hamilton Island's Beach Club Restaurant is seeking qualified Commis and Demi Chefs to join a premium, adults-only boutique hotel kitchen.
You will work hands-on across preparation and service with a focus on contemporary Australian cuisine and premium seafood and produce.
Ideal candidates hold Certificate III in Commercial Cookery and have experience in an à la carte setting, with a solid willingness to learn from an experienced culinary team.
