The role collaborates with HR, IT and vendors to translate business needs into robust configurations and improved user experience in a complex enterprise workplace.
You will lead requirements workshops, coordinate testing, and provide Tier 1–2 support while developing user guides and training sessions to uplift Workday capability and adoption
