We are working with a rapidly growing specialist contractor delivering
major civil, infrastructure, data centre and underground power
packages across Melbourne.

The business, based in West Melbourne, works closely with
Tier 1 contractors, developers and authorities,
with a strong pipeline of projects secured. Due to continued growth, they are looking for an experienced Construction Manager to join the team and play a key role in the next stage of the business.
The Role n
n
Lead and oversee multiple projects and project teams.
n
Take ownership of project delivery, programme, cost, quality and safety.
n
Manage subcontractors, clients, Tier 1 contractors and authorities.
n
Provide strong leadership and direction across a sizeable team.
n
Drive accountability and ensure projects are delivered successfully.
n
Work closely with senior management on project performance and business growth.
n

About You n
n
Proven experience as a Construction Manager or Senior Project Manager.
n
Genuine leadership capability and experience managing sizeable teams.
n
Strong project management discipline and commercial awareness.
n
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
n
Comfortable working within a fast-paced project delivery environment.
n
Civil, data centre, underground power or utilities experience highly regarded.
n
Experience working as a subcontractor to Tier 1 contractors or authorities highly regarded.
n

$180k - $220k++ depending on experience.
