Job Responsibilities n

Timely and accurate processing of invoices
n
Completing weekly and monthly payment runs
n
Bank reconciliations
n
Receipting and allocation of payments
n
Handle general account queries
n
Follow up overdue payments
n
Reconciliation duties
n
Assist with end of month reporting
n
Complete various reporting duties
n
Provide support to the finance team where required
n




The Ideal Candidate n
The successful applicant will have proven experience in a similar Accounts Officer position as well as the following attributes:

Previous experience in both Accounts Payable and Receivable
n
A passionate and positive 'can do' attitude
n
Ability to hit the ground running
n
Strong time management skills, with the ability to multi-task and meet deadlines
n
Personable nature and ability to build relationships with key stakeholders
n
