Archer is growing. This role offers the chance to join a boutique practice, work directly with the principal, and make an impact on both client outcomes and the growth of the practice.
n
The role will develop with the firm. For the right candidate, there is a clear path to senior positions as the practice expands. Casual and permanent arrangements are available.
Key responsibilities n
n
Run a caseload of construction, security of payment,



strata and property matters under the principal's supervision
n
Advise clients on building contracts, payment disputes, defects and strata issues
n
Prepare adjudication applications and adjudication responses
n
Draft advice, correspondence, pleadings, affidavits and submissions
n
Appear across various jurisdictions
n
Build and maintain client relationships and contribute to business development
n
The successful candidate n
n
Admitted as a solicitor in NSW, with 1 to 3 years PQE
n
Experience in construction, strata, property or litigation (preferred)
n
A strong work ethic and a high standard of accuracy
n
Clear, confident written and verbal communication skills, including direct client contact
n
Able to manage a varied workload and consistently meet deadlines
n
