Victorian RV Sales is looking for an organised, capable and customer-focused Warranty & Service Administrator to join our busy Service & Aftersales team in Pakenham. This is a varied role where no two days are quite the same. You'll be helping coordinate warranty claims, service and repair bookings, parts, technicians and customers — making sure jobs keep moving and nothing falls through the cracks. You'll work closely with our Service Manager, technicians, caravan manufacturers and suppliers and be an important point of contact for our customers throughout the aftersales process.
Key responsibilities
Managing and processing manufacturer warranty claims from start to finish
Preparing warranty documentation and submitting claims to manufacturers
Following up warranty approvals, outstanding claims and payments
Booking and coordinating caravan servicing, repairs and inspections
Preparing job cards, repair orders and quotations
Coordinating jobs with workshop technicians
Identifying and ordering parts required for warranty, service and repair work
Following up suppliers and manufacturers regarding parts availability and delivery




Keeping customers informed about the progress of their caravan
Handling customer enquiries and helping resolve service issues professionally
About you
Organised, reliable, practical and good with people
Strong administration and computer skills
Excellent attention to detail
Outstanding communication and customer service skills
The ability to juggle multiple jobs and priorities without losing track of the details
Confidence dealing with customers, technicians, suppliers and manufacturers
Good problem-solving skills and the initiative to follow things through
The ability to work independently while being part of a close-knit team
A professional, positive attitude and a genuine willingness to help
Previous experience in a service, warranty, parts or dealership administration role, particularly within the caravan, RV or automotive industry (desirable)
