We are currently seeking a passionate and dedicated Full-Time Early Childhood Teacher (ECT) to join our team at Mini Masterminds Glenwood (90-place centre).
n

nAbout the Role n

As an Early Childhood Teacher, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality educational programs that inspire children's curiosity, creativity, and lifelong love of learning.
n
n
Working collaboratively with the Centre Leadership Team and educators, you will create meaningful learning experiences, support children's development, and contribute to a positive and inclusive learning environment.
n
nKey Responsibilities n

Plan, implement, and evaluate educational programs aligned with the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF)
n
n
Foster a secure, engaging, and inclusive learning environment
n
n
Observe, assess, and document children's learning and development
n
n
Build strong relationships with children, families,



and colleagues
n
n
Collaborate with educators to deliver high-quality education and care
n
n
Ensure compliance with the National Quality Framework (NQF), National Quality Standards (NQS), and all relevant legislation
n
n
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across the centre
n
n
Promote children's wellbeing, learning, and development through meaningful interactions
n
n

n
To be successful in this role, you will have:
n
n
n
n
Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood Education and Care (ACECQA-approved)
n
n
Current Working With Children Check (WWCC)
n
n
Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma, and Anaphylaxis certifications
n
n
Current Child Protection
training/certificate
n
n
Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF), National Quality Framework (NQF), and National Quality Standards (NQS)
n
n
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
n
n
A genuine passion for delivering high-quality education and care
n
n
Preferably 2+ years' experience working in an early childhood education and care setting
n
n
n
n
