What role will you play?

As a Reporting Analyst / Business Analyst, you will help bridge the gap between business reporting requirements and regulatory obligations, supporting enhancements across systems, processes and operating models. You will work closely with stakeholders across wealth, risk, compliance, finance and regulatory reporting teams to analyse reporting requirements, assess impacts across product value chains, and improve data flows and reporting processes. Your work will help deliver accurate, reliable reporting outcomes that meet both business objectives and regulatory expectations.
What you offer

5+ years' experience as a Business Analyst, Reporting Analyst or similar role within banking, financial services, regulatory reporting, risk management or related environments
Strong understanding of regulatory reporting requirements, risk management practices,
wealth operations or superannuation products, with the ability to translate complex requirements into practical outcomes
Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills, with experience facilitating workshops, gathering requirements and collaborating with both business and technical teams
Proven analytical and problem-solving capability, including experience assessing business impacts, identifying process improvements and managing competing priorities effectively
Strong attention to detail and a structured approach to risk identification, issue management and delivering high-quality outcomes in a fast-paced environment.
