You will take inbound calls, assist with government enquiries, and explain road safety and fines information. Training is provided on-site for 12 weeks, with a potential hybrid option after completion.
Requirements include 2–3 years in customer service, robust communication, and proficiency with MS Office. Excellent attendance for on-site training is essential.
