Working a rotating roster, offering $***** per hour (includes casual loading)

About the role
Serving Military Personnel during messes (breakfast, lunch and dinner)
Delivering an outstanding service to all guests, every shift
Providing professional bar service (RSA standards)
Keeping dining and bar areas clean and tidy
Assisting with basic food prep and restocking where needed
Following food safety and hygiene standards
Working as part of a friendly, supportive team
About You
Experience in hospitality & catering or customer service (Advantageous)




Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certification
Available to work full-time hours
Point of sale / cash register experience (Advantageous)
Prior experience delivering food and beverage services in hotels, restaurants, and high-volume dining establishments. (Advantageous)
Sound knowledge of Food and Safety Standards, relevant legislation and statutory obligations.
You must be eligible to hold a Defence Security Clearance. As a result of this requirement the applicant must be an Australian Citizen and be willing to undertake and maintain a satisfactory Australian Federal Police Check.
