Job Description
Join our vibrant team and be part of delivering exceptional service in a premium airport lounge environment. We're currently hiring for the following roles:
Available Positions:
Shower Hosts/Cleaners
Deliver memorable service experiences to all Qantas Lounge guests
Clear tables and maintain clean, tidy service areas, including buffet stations
Support barista, bar,
and A La Carte service (for experienced team members)
Serve beverages using tray service with efficiency and care
Load/unload service trolleys with glassware, cutlery, plates, and crockery
Collaborate with Front of House, Culinary, and Stores teams
Carry and balance trays while maintaining speed and accuracy
Represent the iconic Qantas brand with professionalism and impeccable presentation
Maintain high standards of food hygiene and presentation
Perform cleaning duties and tasks across the lounges
Promote a safe workplace by identifying hazards and following WHS practices
Qualifications
Whilst technical experience is of importance to us, to be considered for the role, you will have the following:
A friendly, customer-focused attitude with a passion for delivering exceptional experiences.
Initiative to ensure positive, intuitive, and efficient guest interactions.
Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) Certification.
Previous customer service or hospitality experience.
Confidence liaising with internal and external clients.
High standards of grooming and personal presentation.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong attention to detail with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
A positive, team-oriented, guest-centric mindset.
Flexibility to work various rostered shifts, including early mornings, late evenings, and weekends.
