Mount Sylvia Fresh is seeking a Facility Supervisor (Production & Quality Control) to oversee daily Packing Shed and quality checks, coordinate staff, and ensure product meets customer specs. Based in Mount Sylvia, Somerset & Lockyer region, the role is full time with shift flexibility and a lead-hand allowance.
You will manage workflow, supervise teams in packing, QC, and dispatch, perform quality inspections, uphold Freshcare and WHS standards, operate forklifts when required and maintain
