The Role
You will manage a well-supported portfolio of Owners Corporations while acting as a trusted advisor to committees, owners, and stakeholders.
Responsibilities
Managing an Owners Corporation portfolio with the support of dedicated associate, administration, and accounts staff
Convening and chairing AGMs, SGMs, and committee meetings
Building strong working relationships with committees and stakeholders
Providing legislative and procedural guidance
Coordinating maintenance, contractor, and compliance matters
Responding to enquiries professionally and efficiently
Ensuring matters are proactively managed and followed through to completion
About You
We are seeking an experienced and relationship-focused strata management professional who takes pride in delivering a high standard of service.
To be successful in this role, you will ideally have:
Minimum 5 years experience in Owners Corporation management
Ability to independently manage an OC portfolio
Strong meeting chairing and stakeholder management skills
Sound understanding of relevant legislation and industry practices
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong organisational and time management abilities
A calm, solutions-focused, and professional approach
Confidence working collaboratively within a supportive team environment
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and strata management software, ideally Property IQ
