We're looking for an SEO Specialist who has already done hands‐on AI search work and can prove it. You'll own search across our client portfolio, build our methodology for AI visibility, and take it to clients.
This is not a keyword reporting job.

What you'll do
Lead SEO and AI search strategy and delivery across our client portfolio
Build and run our approach to AI search visibility across AI Overviews, ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini and Copilot
Own entity and structured data strategy: schema, knowledge graph presence and entity clarity, plus making client content worth citing
Lead technical SEO: site architecture, crawlability and indexation, Core Web Vitals, log file analysis, and how AI crawlers access client sites
Brief content that answers questions directly, working with our Copywriter and Content team
Report on performance, including AI referral traffic and citation tracking, not just rankings
Present strategy and results to clients, and link search visibility to enquiries, leads and revenue




Tell clients and us early when a channel isn't performing, and bring the fix with it
You'll sit within our Strategy Team, working closely with our Head of Strategy, Developer and Creative Team.
What you'll bring
3+ years in SEO, with results you can walk us through
Hands‐on AI search visibility work. We want evidence of what you changed and how you measured it, not opinions on where search is heading.
A solid technical SEO foundation, using tools like Screaming Frog, Google Search Console, GA4, and Semrush or Ahrefs
Fluency in structured data and entity‐based optimisation
Commercial sense: you connect visibility to leads and revenue, not just traffic
Confidence managing multiple clients on your own while playing as part of a team
Full Australian working rights

What we offer
$80,000 - $100,000, depending on experience
10% commission on the first-year contract value of any new account you introduce to the agency
