Strike Fencing and Gates, a Central Coast manufacturer, seeks a seasoned Lead Aluminium Gate & Fence Fabricator to head the Tuggerah workshop. You will own the shop floor from cutting to final weld, focusing on aluminium frames, gate frames, slat fence frames, pool fence panels and automated gate structures.
Ideal candidates will manage MIG welding across 80% aluminium and 20% steel, drive quality, safety and workflow, and lead a hands-on fabrication team in a busy in-house shop.
