FindStaff is seeking an experienced Storeperson / Forklift Operator to join a leading Australian engineering and industrial services organisation based in Dingley Village, VIC.

About the Role n
Working within a busy workshop and warehouse environment, you will be responsible for supporting daily stores operations, inventory management, and packing and dispatch activities.
n
This is a hands‐on role suited to a proactive team player who is comfortable operating a forklift, handling stock, and assisting workshop personnel as required.

Monday to Thursday: 7:00am - 3:30pm

Friday: 7:00am - 1:00pm
n
Key Responsibilities n
n
Operate forklifts safely to support warehouse and workshop operations
n
Pick, pack, and prepare outgoing goods for dispatch
n
Construct timber crates for larger or specialised equipment shipments
n
Manage, organise, and retrieve stock and materials within the workshop
n
Receive, store, and distribute goods accurately
n
Assist with inventory control and stock management activities
n
Support workshop personnel and wider team requirements as needed
n




General housekeeping and cleaning of warehouse and storage areas
n
Maintain a safe, clean, and organised work environment
n
About You n
To be successful in this role, you will have:
n
n
Current LF Forklift Licence
n
Previous experience in a warehouse, stores, or logistics environment
n
Experience with stock control, picking, and packing activities
n
Full Australian working rights
n
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
n
Strong commitment to workplace health and safety
n
Reliable and proactive approach to work
n
Physical capability to lift up to 30kg when required
n
Good communication and organisational skills
n
Highly Regarded n
n
Experience using hand and power tools
n
Experience working within an engineering, manufacturing, or industrial environment
n
Experience preparing freight or specialised equipment for transport
n
Current Driver's Licence
n
