Job Description
BlueCare is seeking an independent contractor caretaker for the Carlyle Gardens Retirement Village in Townsville. The live-in position includes a unit at the village and rent-free accommodation; you will handle after-hours alarms, basic first aid, and coordinate emergency responses with authorities.

Applicants should have an ABN, public liability and skilled indemnity insurance, and prior service-delivery experience. Retirement living exposure is highly regarded.
