Aspire is expanding to Australia and seeking a Head of Sales to build the local outbound engine and lead the sales team from the ground up. You will own the Australia revenue target, recruit top AEs, and establish territory and outbound playbooks tailored to mid-market Founders and CFOs.
You will work cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, and RevOps to refine ICPs and messaging. This is a hands-on, player-coach role with solid leadership potential.
