Position Overview
6 Month Contract
The Acquisition Manager is responsible for the delivery of a company-wide marketing acquisition strategy across all channels (digital and traditional) across the Slater and Gordon and affiliated marketing programs.
The Acquisition Manager will partner with relevant agencies to ensure adata-led approach is adopted to deliver the required business objectives.
Key Accountabilities
Create the acquisition marketingstrategy in-line with the company wide marketing strategy - delivered on timewithin budget
With the Head of Client Growth,develop and deliver a growth-driven marketing plan to increase recent matters
Manage and develop your team todeliver on business objectives and marketing plans
With the support of your team,work on the planning, co-ordination, integration and execution of varieddigital/social and general acquisition initiatives
Manage Creative Agencyrelationships from briefing through to production
Manage Media Agency (x2) todeliver both traditional and digital media plans including video, Audio,Native, SEM, Social and display




Conduct regular analysis ofmarketing effectiveness across all acquisition channels, website data andusability trends.
Develop reports to validate current strategies and measurestowards improvement.
Produce KPI reports to present to relevant Stakeholders onmarketing activity
Collaborate with other marketingcolleagues to integrate and complement marketing strategies and share bestpractices across multiple channels.
Also, conduct market analysis to identify trends and market opportunities in digital channels to maximise revenue growth
To be eligible for this position, you must be an Australian citizen, a permanent resident, or hold a valid visa with full and unrestricted working rights in Australia.
Proof of work rights will be required as part of the Slater and Gordon application process.
