Senior Client Services Representative (Full Time)
The Centre for Animal Referral and Emergency (CARE) is seeking a Client Services Representative to join our 24-hour specialist and emergency veterinary hospital in Collingwood.
This role is ideal for someone with experience in the animal care industry who is passionate about delivering outstanding customer service.Veterinary nursing experience would be highly regarded.
About You
Haspreviousexperience working within the animal care industry (essential)
Has a genuine passion for customer service and helping people
Communicates with empathy, professionalism, and confidence
Remains calm andorganisedin a fast-paced environment
Has excellent attention to detail and administrative skills
Enjoys working collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team
Is confident managing multiple priorities simultaneously
Has strong computer literacy and experience with Microsoft Office programs
Knowledge ofEzyVetpractice management software and medical privacy laws would beadvantageousbut is not essential.
Current Roster
This is a full-time position working asetrotating fortnightly roster (subject to change with notice):
Week 1 – Day Shifts
Week 2 – Afternoon/Evening Shifts, 2am being the latest finish.
This roster includes one Saturday shift per fortnight.
