Job Description
BHP is seeking a Specialist Rail Trainer to join the Rail Academy in Port Hedland. Based within the Rail Academy, you will deliver competency-based training and assessments to support Track Resurfacing and Work Train operations across our rail network.

Reporting to the RNM Training Supervisor, you will design, deliver and assess training programs, maintain records, and collaborate with operational leaders to identify capability development opportunities while working with FIFO 8/6 shifts.
