The Role We are seeking an experienced Care Manager to lead clinical and care delivery within our residential aged care service.
Working alongside the Facility Manager, you will drive high-quality, person-centred care, ensuring solid clinical governance, compliance,



and positive resident outcomes.
The successful incumbent confident and compassionate leader with strong clinical expertise and the ability to influence, motivate, and develop teams.
They will bring a proactive approach to problem-solving, a commitment to continuous improvement, and a genuine passion for aged care.
