The CareSide is expanding its field sales leadership in Australia, with base locations across Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Adelaide or Perth.
You'll recruit, coach, and manage 8–10 field sales reps, driving conversions and building a high-performing team.
You'll coach with KPIs, review CRM activity, analyze performance, and refine sales processes.
The role offers solid autonomy and frequent collaboration with marketing and inside sales, with occasional travel.
