Coordinate activities covered by service agreements; keep agreement documentation up to date.
Participate in database user acceptance testing (UAT) and support system rollouts.
Keep process manuals and user guides up to date; assist Exhibitors and train Competition Officials.
Promote protected work practices and contribute to a positive, practical team culture.
Hours experience with databases and reporting.
Strong written and verbal English; demonstrated customer service capability.
Desirable Experience creating or updating user guides, process manuals or training materials.
Tertiary qualification in business, administration and/or events or equivalent experience.
