About the role
This permanent part-time role (32 hours per week) is for an experienced and skilled Enrolled Nurse who has completed a module on medication administration.
Based at Braeside Hospital in Prairiewood you will be a part of a highly dedicated team that provides the best nursing care and advice to patients.
We offer a stimulating workplace and a supportive team environment within the unit.

About you
Experience in Palliative Care or interest in working in this specialist area
Current registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency
Ability to work a rotating roster




Experience and qualifications in the specialty or discipline
Experience working with people of culturally and linguistically diverse backgrounds and other language skills
Willingness to travel between HammondCare's sites and services
Sound computer skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Empathy and patience
