Customer Strategy Lead: Fraxios AI-augmented strategy platform – Part-time
Bring strategy expertise to early-stage scaling of an AI-augmented strategy platform
Location:
Applicants who are available for regular meetings in Bondi Beach are strongly preferred.
We are however open to talent anywhere.
Scope:
Part-time, initially around 1 day per week, could increase.
Role:
We are looking for a highly capable strategy and/or B2B SaaS professional to work on Fraxios , working closely with futurist and entrepreneur Ross Dawson .
Fraxios holds an organization's strategy as a structured architecture the leadership team works inside continuously, rather than as a document they revisit once a year.
AI does the supporting work: constructing the first picture, surfacing issues and gaps, generating and assessing options.
The judgment stays with the leaders who own it.
The product is in private beta with senior executives in mid-market and enterprise organizations.
The immediate task is growing the customer base and the value each client gets.
The shape of this role will evolve with the venture.
Across the coming months it spans:
Working directly with executives using Fraxios in beta and as early clients, so they get real strategic value from it, stay engaged, and expand their use.
Helping bring the right organizations into the funnel: identifying prospects, supporting outreach, and running or supporting executive demos.
Applying strategy expertise inside client engagements:



helping leadership teams frame objectives, options and decisions in Fraxios, potentially as part of an offer that pairs the platform with a consultant.
Feeding what we learn from live client work into product direction, with Ross and the development team.
Building the practices that let Fraxios's customer work scale.
The successful candidate will be working with a team of local and remote specialists.
Capabilities:
We are looking for:
Significant experience in strategy consulting or corporate strategy, comfortable working directly with senior executives on their real strategic questions.
Robust client-success instincts: building relationships, driving engagement and retention, and making sure clients get real value.
Experience in early-stage B2B SaaS, in product, customer success or go-to-market, a strong positive.
At the edge of using AI in strategy work, and obsessed with AI-augmented thinking.
