Sharp & Carter's client is seeking a Commercial Analyst to turn financial, workforce and operational data into insights that drive better decisions.
You will report to the Commercial Manager and work with Operations, Finance, Payroll and Workforce to support performance improvements.
You will prepare labour forecasts, budgets and workforce reports, analyse results vs. budget, and collaborate with leaders on planning, productivity and cost management.
