About the role Our Electrification Exceptional stakeholder management skills, leadership skills and evidence of having built high-performing teams through effective coaching and mentoring.
Demonstrated expertise in Commercial, Strategy, Financial Modelling or other relevant field.
Experience hiring, managing, and developing both individual contributors and senior leaders.
Robust commercial acumen and experience of working with third parties and partnerships Subject matter expertise in domestic electrification products.
The ability to quickly earn the respect of executive stakeholders, government and key business councils in order to drive industry wide change.
