V/Line is seeking a Workforce Operations Team Leader to direct a live roster for 18 workforce controllers in a 24/7 operation at Southern Cross Station.
You will decide on-call actions, manage absences and disruptions, and drive real-time workforce decisions with fairness and clarity.
You will implement evolve plans within 12 months, grow trust, coach staff and ensure robust safety, fatigue, and enterprise agreement compliance across shifts.
