Role Purpose The Senior Manager, IT Operations and AI is a senior technical role within the x15 Core Technology team, responsible for helping shape and execute strategy across technology operations, resilience, AI and shared services.
The role combines strategic direction with deep technical expertise to build on existing capabilities and services that enable Ventures to operate effectively while retaining agency and autonomy.
The role leads x15's approach to Incident Management, Business Continuity, Disaster Recovery and Site Reliability Engineering (SRE), helps define the strategy and direction for technology operations, resilience and shared services.
The role leads and supports the AI Delivery function, providing the direction, technical guidance and development required to translate AI strategy into delivery.
